Olives and mill

The mill grinds for the first time in November 1946, since that day our history revolves around olive growing and the production of extra virgin olive oil.

We look for quality and low impact in every practice, from the agronomic management of the olive grove ecosystem to the choices regarding packaging.

We produce and use energy from renewable sources, we are attentive to our carbon footprint, we use recycled and recyclable materials in packaging and wherever possible to try to minimize our environmental impact.

We reuse all the waste products of the mill, the pomace to produce pits / fuel, the leaves as mulch / vegetable fertilization, the vegetation water as fertigation, or the production of compounds with a high phenolic content for the cosmetic-nutraceutical sector.
