Philosophy

SOLIDITY. Armed with good shoes and willpower, we decided to walk our little spiral in reverse: stationing, decreasing, consolidating, observing every curve, every stone, every plant, every bottle of oil. We are heroes of the descent, cultivating the power to stop and enter within ourselves, shedding, pruning all the superfluous and the many superstructures, to reach a bright and solid core.

TRUTH. We strive to be crystal clear: those who follow us through a screen have the same image as those who come to visit us at the company, those who walk amidst the noise of the oil machines at the mill or those who venture among our olive trees.

TERRITORY. The real dream we have been pursuing for years is to be a constructive part of our territory always. By providing training. Supporting olive growers. Giving back at least a little of what the land gives us. 

WE ARE POP! Popular, popular, pop, because we are not interested in appearing, but only in being. What you see is what you have, for us this is the true revolution. A small and sparkling certainty! We strive to offer a good oil at a fair price for everyone, olive growers and consumers, an honest oil, without frills, where the important thing remains the oil, the substance, and not the form. So, Spartan and minimalist in the most external aspects, but great supporters of the essential.
