Nettle and hazelnut pesto

With the nettle harvested on the farm, we create this aromatic pesto: a versatile condiment, perfect on bread crostini, for a quick, tasty, and healthy first course, and also as a filling for fresh pasta. The pesto is made by adding to the aromatic herb, slightly blanched immediately after harvesting, our monocultivar Caninese extra virgin olive oil and hazelnuts from Tuscia, all organic ingredients.
