Organoleptic characteristics: "Very green fruity, bitter, spicy, the organic extra virgin olive oil is a bomb for the palate. Notes of artichoke, sometimes almond, scent of cut grass. The persistent spiciness in the throat and the full-bodied bitterness are the distinctive traits of Evo BIO."

Packaging: bag made of co-extruded plastic material, cap with tap inside cardboard box 

Eco tips: The bag in box allows for optimal storage of the oil, preventing oxidation, but it is not reusable. However, it can be recycled, so be sure to do it correctly.
