Nocciola 60 is born from the union between selected organic hazelnuts and organic depotassium-free cocoa powder, obtained from the natural processing of cocoa beans, without chemical additives.

The light color comes from the large quantity of hazelnuts present in each jar, a good 60%. Its extreme creaminess and fluidity is the result of a careful selection of the hazelnuts and the size of the fruit: the average diameter allowed is 15 mm.

The dark chocolate is suitable for everyone, dairy-free and gluten-free, sweetened by a small percentage of organic cane sugar.
