Ingredients: blackberries 80%, sugar 20%.

No pectin, no gelling agents.

Made with only 20% sugar and a quick cooking process to preserve the authentic taste and natural sweetness of our sun-ripened organic blackberries. Great for genuine breakfasts and for making desserts and tarts or pairing with fresh cheeses (ideal on ricotta) and aged cheeses.
