Ingredients: peaches 78%, sugar 20% and thyme 2%

No pectin, no gelling agents.

Made with only 20% sugar and a quick cooking process to preserve the authentic taste and natural sweetness of our organic peaches and the balsamic aroma of thyme.

Great to pair with aged cheeses or roasts, but also for sweet and genuine breakfasts.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. After opening, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days.
