Olive oil campaign 2022, let's start!

Here we are at the opening of the 2022 season!

In difficult years, oil always gives its best, it's now common practice! Olive trees respond to hostile weather conditions, bringing out a lot of character, and so it is this year too.

We are faced with an olive oil campaign of medium QUANTITY and high QUALITY.

The heat of this long summer has created problems especially in the initial stages of flowering (May-June) and fortunately only for the early varieties, the later Caninese has suffered much less. The rains began around mid-August, after months of total drought and have literally saved the harvest. The olive tree is a plant that knows how to wait a very long time, and with patience!

The olives are beautiful and healthy, this suggests a super organoleptic profile for this year's oils. We await the first pressings (starting from 9-10 October) and the first tastings to express ourselves more fully, in the usual oil tasting post/mail.

The oil will be available for shipment starting 7/11.
