Organic strawberry extra jam

This organic strawberry jam, from our own cultivation, is obtained with 100g of strawberries for every 100g of finished jam; chopped strawberries keep their flavor and color intact. We only used organic cane sugar. An ideal jam to be enjoyed on fresh bread or with fresh cheeses such as ricotta.
